(Employe Remuneration and Benefits Administration: The process involves deciding upon salaries and wages, Incentives,frings benefits and perquisites.

Performance Management: It is main to help the organisation train, motivate and reward workers. It is also meant to ensure that the organisational goals are met with efficiency.

Employe Relation: Though there are myriad factors that motivat an individual to stick to or leave an organisation,but certainly few are under control.
