(1) Principal of Individual Development :

Each and every worker should be given complete and sam chances of progression so as to analyse the abilities.

Principal of Incentives : If organisation wants an employee to give his best performance, financial and non financial incentives should be used.

Principal of Participation : Representative of workers play an important role in increasing workers'participation. Workers, Therefore must contribute towards it's success.

Principal of Team Spirit : An organization cannot be be successful without team spirit it is necessary to build a feeling of loyalty among employees and boost their moral.

Principal of Adequate Communiacation:

Communication barriers must be eliminated and effective styles of Communiacation.
