They represent the total of inherent abilities, acquired knowledge and skills.

Personnal Management : Programmes and actions which are aimed at achievement of organisational as well as personal goals.

Human Resource Development : Developing The skills, knowledg and competencies of people and it is people oriented Concept. We call it as a peaple  oriented Concept as personal related activities are developed in the larger or national context or in the smaller organisational context.  

HRD Is a Continuous Process : 

It is a Continuous Process for the development of all types of skills of employees such as technical, managerial, behavioural and conceptual. 

Structure of Human Resource Development :  The people working at the middle level between the operator at the lowest and chief executive at highest level are more and they supervise and get their work don than thos who do tha work .

Role of HR As An Adviser : The Process of employee counseling about his job and organisation, knowledge and abilities from his councellor, mostly his superiors.
