HRM is the utilisation of individuals to achieving organisational Objectives as the effective Utilisation of other factors of production is depandent on active cooperation of the human resources.

(1) Employee Satisfaction : HRM provide the employees with a series of facilities and opportunities for their career development leading to job satisfaction and commitment on their part.

(2) Performance Appraisal : Employees can end up doing jobs that aren't suited to their skills and expirts without proper planning on the part of the hr peaple who measure and evaluate there part.
(3) Resolution of Conflicts :  The hr managers act as both consultant and mediators. By hearing the grievance of both the parties, they identify and resolve the conflicts and restore working relationship. 
(4) Maintening Goodwill : hr managers has the responsibility of developing good public relations as well as maintening the goodwill of the company.
